Quite often I stand at the kitchen window and watch the sun setting, beyond the golf course, out over the Tasman Sea. Stunning hot colours … and then the moon comes up and it’s equally interesting.
Some nights, at the last minute, I dash round the road (away from the power lines) and take a stack of photos. Once I have selected the ones I like the best, I translate them into paint.
Maybe I’ll never be a great artist, but I’ll have had fun trying!

The state Department of Health today lifted the boil order in place since Wednesday for part of Greenacres.
